Delete your Findaria account
In the app
- Open Findaria.
- Tap your name at the top ("Findaria › your name"): the accounts list opens.
- Tap Delete my account and everything and confirm.
Without the app
Write to roldan.a.z.p@gmail.com from the email you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Findaria account". We delete it within 20 business days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account and its sub-accounts, all your documents and files, payments, bills, budgets, items, places and collections, and the assistant's history with you. Groups you created are deleted; what others shared in them goes back to them. It's permanent, and no copy is kept.
What is kept
Nothing of yours.
Delete only some data, without deleting your account
- In the app: every document, payment, bill, budget, item, place or collection can be deleted from its card (the pencil menu or "Delete").
- By email: to delete anything else, such as your conversation history with the assistant or what it learned from it, write to roldan.a.z.p@gmail.com from your account's email saying what you want deleted. We do it within 20 business days.
