Findaria Privacy Policy

Version 1 · Effective October 17, 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

Roldan A. Zermeno, of Colima, Colima, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in the Findaria app. For any privacy matter, write to roldan.a.z.p@gmail.com.

2. What data we process

Some of this data may be financial (payments, statements) or sensitive (for example, a medical document you choose to keep). It is processed only because you keep it, with the consent you give when you sign in.

We don't use your location, show ads, or use analytics or tracking tools.

3. What we use it for

Only to provide Findaria:

We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it.

4. Who it is shared with

Findaria uses these providers, which process data on our behalf and only to provide the service:

What you share with a group is seen by its members. We don't transfer your data to anyone else, unless a competent authority requires it under the law.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as you have your account. You can delete anything from the app, and delete your account and everything you kept from the accounts list: Delete my account and everything. This removes your data, your files and their copies.

6. Your rights and withdrawing consent

You can access, correct and delete your data, object to its use, withdraw your consent or limit its use. You can do most of this directly in the app (view, edit and delete; delete your account). For any request, write to roldan.a.z.p@gmail.com with your name, your account's email and what you're asking for. We'll answer within 20 business days.

7. Children

Findaria is not intended for anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll publish it on this page and the app will ask you to accept it again before you continue.
